Fencing Guidelines & Requirements

To maintain the visual harmony and beauty of our neighborhood, all home fences must comply with our community design standards outlined in the covenants:

• Approved Styles: Wooden fences in Shadow-Box, Board & Batten, or Board on Board style.

  • Design Detail: Board & Batten and Board on Board options must include a top rail to ensure a uniform appearance across the neighborhood.

• Waterfront Properties: Properties backing up to a pond are limited to a maximum height of 4 feet.

• Approval Process: An approved Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Form is required prior to starting any fence installation.

Interested in a different style or material? We are always open to fresh ideas that complement our community! If you’d like to propose an alternative design, please submit an ARC form detailing your specific plans or reach out directly to the Board for discussion.
